Includes expedited consultation, organization of the home, staging, advertising, and on-site sale execution.

We operate on a 35-40% commission fee, which is deducted from the total sale proceeds. Complete home-clean out is available after the sale if necessary. Removal of remaining items, unwanted content, and debris. This leaves the property clean, empty, and ready for its next step. Let us do the heavy lifting! Clean-out fees and options will be discussed on the last day of the sale and are determined based on the volume and type of items remaining. Services will require prior client approval.

To help maximize sales, delivery services may be offered for select items at our discretion. This can encourage buyers to purchase larger or more difficult-to-transport pieces. Any delivery fees will be charged directly to the buyer and are not included in the commission agreement.
