About Us
We are Kaleb and Samantha Murphy, a husband-and-wife team offering comprehensive estate sale management services across the Coachella Valley, Riverside County, and surrounding communities.
Kaleb worked as a firefighter/paramedic in Indio, responding to some of the hardest days in people's lives, and is now completing his RN. Samantha brings a background in speech pathology, working closely with patients and families through recovery and major life transitions. We bring that same steadiness, patience, and compassion to every estate we manage — because we know this is rarely "just stuff."
With professional backgrounds in healthcare, we bring compassion, attention to detail, organization, and integrity to every home we work in.

Full-Service Estate Sale Management
From initial consultation through the final day of the sale, we handle the entire process. Our services include organization, professional staging, research and pricing, advertising, sale-day management, and security monitoring.
Optional Delivery Services
Delivery may be available for select purchases, helping buyers confidently purchase larger furniture and other difficult-to-transport items.
Post-Sale Home Cleanouts
Need the property completely cleared afterward? We offer full-service clean-outs including removal of remaining household contents, donation coordination, hauling, and disposal—leaving the home clean, empty, and ready for its next step.
