About Us
We are Kaleb and Samantha Murphy, a husband-and-wife team offering comprehensive estate sale management services across the Coachella Valley, Riverside County, and surrounding communities.
Kaleb worked as a firefighter/paramedic in Indio, responding to some of the hardest days in people's lives, and is now completing his RN. Samantha is a medical speech-language pathologist, working closely with patients and families through recovery and major life transitions.
With professional backgrounds in healthcare, we bring compassion, attention to detail, organization, and integrity to every home we work in.

Full-Service Estate Sale Management
From initial consultation through the final day of the sale, we handle the entire process. Our services include organization, professional staging, research and pricing, advertising, sale-day management, and security monitoring. We utilize an electronic point-of-sale system and payment processor.
Optional Delivery Services
Delivery may be available for select purchases, helping buyers confidently purchase larger furniture and other difficult-to-transport items.
Post-Sale Home Cleanouts
Need the property completely cleared afterward? We offer full-service clean-outs including removal of remaining household contents, donation coordination, hauling, and disposal—leaving the home clean, empty, and ready for its next step. This is a separate service. We guarantee a quick turnaround.
Complimentary 1-Hour Estate Consultation
Every estate is different. We'll evaluate the home, discuss your goals and timeline, and provide clear information about our commission and any additional services before you commit. We will provide a sample contract at that time. Final contracts are tailored to each estate.
